We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your NouriLuna order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your item and we'll make it right.

To request a refund or replacement, email us at support@nouriluna.com with your order number. You do not need to return the product — simply dispose of it and we'll ship a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method, no questions asked.

Damaged or incorrect orders Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@nouriluna.com immediately so we can resolve it.

Non-refundable items Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for refunds.

Refund processing Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at support@nouriluna.com.
